Digital Authority Partners – An Entrepreneur Success Story
“Digital Authority Partners is the definition of an entrepreneur success story.” In his interview with SuperbCrew, DAP’s CEO Codrin Arsene starts off by telling the story about how DAP came to be. The company was founded in 2015 by him and two other professionals who aspired to provide the best digital strategies for companies, big or small, that lack the internal resources to establish brand authority. As the company grew, it expanded its services to UX/UI design, product management, analytics and development. Today, DAP also has 7 partners located across the world.
As a consulting firm, DAP has worked with companies from a broad spectrum. But its main focus remains in three areas - healthcare, financial technologies, and government work - and particularly the healthcare sector. DAP has evolved into a leader in the healthcare industry by helping healthcare executives define strategies that lead to digital transformation and, ultimately, digital disruption in the space.
However, what does digital disruption entail in the context of healthcare? As a matter of fact, companies and agencies within the field have neither been pushed to innovate nor innovated much themselves. Now the industry is redefined by external agents. For example, startups are clearly innovating and redefining the whole healthcare ecosystem, from consumers, to hospitals to service providers. And we have seen incredible advances such as establishing digital marketplaces for patients to sell their medical data or bringing telemedicine to the most remote corners of the world.
At the same time, the government, both on the state and federal levels, has no choice but to adapt to the rapid changes of healthcare. In Illinois, Patricia Bellock was recently named the new Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family services, furthering her efforts to revolutionize the Illinois healthcare system. Not only she, but also leaders all over the country are making efforts to improve processes, cut costs, and reduce redundancies to ultimately deliver to people care with better quality and higher efficiency.
Still, US government’s digital initiatives in the healthcare sector have not been successful, and the problem lies in the government’s inability to attract top-notch consulting firms that have the capacity of completely transforming the government’s digital space. New leaders have to be more conscious of inviting innovators into the process of reforming the government’s digital space. Codrin believes that a streamlined application will bring the truly excellent companies to the government, leading to better results of government work for everyone.
In addition to DAP’s core businesses, the company recently launched healthcareweekly.com, a news website dedicated to executives in the private and public sectors who aspire to revolutionize healthcare from within. Whether you are government officials, entrepreneurs, or leaders of healthcare companies, Healthcare Weekly is the platform for you to come together and learn from each other’s great ideas. DAP is currently building a communications and productivity software for doctors to better manage their workflow.
