Discovery
DAP conducted a thorough audit of ClearGov’s site, assessing it based on key accessibility principles such as perceivability and operability. We pinpointed dozens of issues affecting pages that limited the site’s functionality for users with disabilities.
Solution
DAP formulated a detailed strategy to address all compliance concerns. We made every element on the site accessible via a keyboard and added text labels to all form fields, allowing screen readers to interpret them more easily. We also delivered a comprehensive checklist for future compliance monitoring.
